Tom Mullen (Mel Gibson) is a successful airline owner. His son, Sean, was kidnapped and held for ransom. Tom however, to everyone’s astonishment, appears on the TV news and unexpectedly turns the tables on the kidnappers’ leader (Gary Sinise), by offering money for his head. This step changes the kidnapper’s plans.
This movie was quite enjoyable. Mel Gibson is a corporate father whose son is kidnapped for a ransom. Mel is an incredible actor – he has great emotional skill, his dialogue never sounds corny or hokey, and Gary Sinise is another fine actor with great skills. Together they make a movie definitely worth watching.
