An attractive young couple’s open relationship is stretched to the breaking point when each partner finds themselves falling in love with other people.
I saw this last night at the La Femme film festival under its new title “Fling.”
The film is about a couple, played by Steve Sandvoss and Courtney Ford, who are in an open relationship which starts to go down hill when Ford begins dating her old boyfriend played by Brandon Routh.
I really didn’t like the main characters at the beginning of the film. However, as the story progressed I found myself getting more involved in their various relationships and was literally sitting on the edge of my seat by the climax. The film ends strongly on a slightly different note than I was expecting.
“Fling” has very high production values and the acting is strong across the board. The film is also extremely well-paced with a good soundtrack.
If you happen to find that this film is playing somewhere near you, you should definitely “fling” yourself into checking it out.
