When a band of grave robbers discovers a trio of sedated Chinese vampires (two adults and one child), they cart the bunch back to Hong Kong in hopes that they can be sold to the highest bidder. But the child vampire goes free, leading to an eventual escape by the rotting “parents”, who go in search of their child. Enter Lam Ching Ying as a Taoist herbalist who, along with photo-journalist Yuen Biao and daughter Moon Lee, investigates the sudden appearance of the undead hopping terrors.
