The Porkchop Duo has been called “The Showbiz Ambassadors of Goodwill” especially when they were involved in OWWA’s “Hatid-Saya” (1987-1989) musical outreach program bringing fun and laughter to countless homesick overseas Filipino workers abroad.
They have had a string of SRO performances in 34 countries – from the US, and Canada, to Asia, Europe, the Middle East and even Africa. It is on record that in Milan, a Filipino diplomat almost fell from her seat, quite breathless, laughing at their rib-tickling jokes. The only comedy duo of their kind, the Porkchop Duo have 14 CDs and 2 DVD’S to their name.
