The movie has been directed by another debutante Magizh Thirumeni, a former assistant of Gautham Menon and Selvaraghavan. Now, we know the secret behind the title of the film, it may be a tribute by the director to his mentor. According to the director, ‘there is nothing new or groundbreaking in the film’. Now, there are very few directors who would have the courage to say things of this nature about their movies. In fact, we are used to seeing directors talking about how their film is ‘different’ from all others past and present. But, Magizh Thirumeni has also said that he has looked to offer a fully romantic and feel-good film that can be unconditionally enjoyed by the audience. That is not a tall claim, but something that will be tough to deliver nevertheless…
