A strange black sedan has no door, handle, no license plate, and full color window is a threat to the southwestern city. The local police force is hampered. Wily police finally come to believe that it is the Devil his driver and he figures out how to destroy the cars seem inviolable: trap it under a collapsed wall of the canyon.
While walking through the desert near the small town of Santa Ynez on his bicycle to the camp, two bicyclers teenager killed by a mysterious black car. After that, the car hit-and-run and a hitchhiker crime witnessed by the local Amos Clements. Everett police chief put his man in warning, plans to block roads in the area to arrest the killers. Soon he became a victim of the vehicle and Sheriff Wade Parent started hunting for a vehicle that is threatening our city and it seems that can not be set. When his beloved girlfriend and teacher Lauren challenge the drivers in a cemetery, car hunts her in her home and Wade realizes that he can deal with supernatural powers.
